The worst site to buy cosmetics: Feelunique

In April 2012 I bought two items in the store Feelunique and paid 31.95 dollars.
Almost two months later, nothing had arrived yet.

I got in touch and asked me three months to resolve the case.
I waited and nothing. I wrote back in August and asked me 3 more months.

I waited. Nothing.
I wrote in December and asked the cancelamente and refund of the amount paid.

They said they came not repaid and no refund.

Terrible.
